支持实施常态化精准帮扶。将中央财政衔接推进乡村振兴补助资金调整为常态化帮扶资金，保持规模总体稳定，2026年安排1770亿元，重点支持产业、就业等帮扶。加强对乡村振兴重点帮扶县等欠发达地区的倾斜支持，发展壮大县域经济，改善生产生活条件，持续巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果。
